At Innernote, every fragrance is carefully inspected, packed, and shipped to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Since perfumes are personal-use products, we maintain strict quality and hygiene standards.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of fragrance products, all perfumes sold on Innernote are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, except in the situations mentioned below.
A return or replacement request will only be accepted if:

You received a damaged product.

You received the wrong product.

The product is missing items or components.
Requests based on fragrance preference, performance expectations, change of mind, or personal taste are not eligible for return or refund.
2. Reporting a Damaged or Incorrect Product
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us investigate your claim, kindly provide:

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be approved, as this helps us verify transit-related issues.

3. Replacement Policy
Once your claim has been verified and approved, Innernote will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
If the same product is unavailable, we may offer:

A replacement of equal value,

Store Credit,
-
or a full refund (at our discretion).
4. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns, refunds, or replacements will not be accepted if:

The perfume has been opened or used.

The seal has been broken by the customer.

The fragrance does not match personal expectations.

You no longer want the product.
-
You ordered the wrong fragrance.

Minor variations in fragrance colour occur due to natural ingredients or aging.

Performance varies based on skin chemistry, weather, storage conditions, or application.

Damage occurs after successful delivery.

The claim is raised after the reporting window.
5. Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they have been packed or shipped.
After Dispatch
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Customers may refuse delivery, however:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs (if applicable) may be deducted before processing any eligible refund.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued in the following situations:

Order cancelled before dispatch.

Product unavailable after purchase.

Approved damaged or incorrect product where replacement is not possible.

Duplicate payment.

Payment captured but order could not be processed.
Refunds are processed through the original payment method used during checkout.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer, UPI, or any other method approved by Innernote.
7. Refund Timeline
After approval:

Actual timelines may vary depending on your payment provider.
8. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges for:

Different fragrances

Personal preference
-
Accidental purchases

Incorrect selections made during checkout
Exchanges are only applicable for verified damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
9. Missing Deliveries
If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us within 48 hours.
Our team will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the issue before a resolution is provided.
10. Refused or Undeliverable Orders
If an order is returned to us because:

the customer refused delivery,

the address provided was incorrect,

the customer was unavailable after multiple delivery attempts,
Innernote reserves the right to deduct applicable shipping and handling charges before issuing any eligible refund.
11. Quality Assurance
Every Innernote fragrance undergoes quality checks before dispatch.
Minor cosmetic variations in packaging or slight colour differences in fragrance juice do not affect product quality or authenticity and are not considered manufacturing defects.
12. Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers and business, Innernote reserves the right to decline claims that appear fraudulent or abusive, including but not limited to:

Edited or incomplete unboxing videos.

Multiple claims from the same customer indicating misuse.

Deliberate product damage.

False claims.
