At Innernote, we are committed to delivering your fragrances safely and efficiently. Every order is carefully inspected, securely packed, and dispatched to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.
Please read this Shipping Policy before placing an order.
1. Order Processing

Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation or order verification (for Cash on Delivery, where available).

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing time refers to the time taken to prepare your order for shipment and does not include the courier transit time.
2. Delivery Timeline

These timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier partner, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Order Confirmation
Once your order has been placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation via email and/or SMS/WhatsApp (where applicable).
If you do not receive an order confirmation within a reasonable time, please contact our customer support team.
5. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will generally make multiple delivery attempts before returning a shipment.
If delivery cannot be completed because:

the address provided is incorrect or incomplete,

the recipient is unavailable after repeated attempts,

the shipment is refused,
the package may be returned to Innernote.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Innernote shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
8. Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our reasonable control, including:

9. Damaged Packages
If your package appears visibly damaged or tampered with upon delivery:

Do not accept the package if the damage appears significant.

Take clear photographs of the package before opening, if possible.

Contact our customer support within 48 hours of the delivery attempt.
If the package is accepted and found to contain a damaged or leaking product, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for claim procedures.
10. Lost Shipments
If your shipment has not been delivered within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery date, please contact us.
We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the shipment.
If the shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund, subject to verification.
11. International Shipping
At present, Innernote ships only within India, unless otherwise stated on our website.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, applicable duties, taxes, customs charges, and delivery timelines will be communicated during checkout.
12. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations.
Innernote reserves the right to:

Enable or disable COD for specific PIN codes.

Limit COD eligibility based on order value, order history, or operational considerations.

Verify COD orders before dispatch.
Failure to accept confirmed COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.

Payment method
If you need assistance, please contact us immediately after placing your order. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, modifications cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
14. Split Shipments
In certain situations, orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery or due to inventory availability.
There will generally be no additional shipping charges for split shipments initiated by Innernote.
